About This Project

The Sunbrook Community is a 550-acre master-planned residential development in St. George, Utah. Rosenberg Associates has provided a wide range of engineering services for the project since its beginnings in 1989. Staff planners participated in the design and construction of the 18-hole golf course with golf course architect Ted Robinson and the City of St. George. Since then, the community has grown to include seven separate subdivisions surrounding the golf course and fronting the Santa Clara River. The firm also developed master utility, transportation, and drainage plans for the community. The City of St. George established a Special Improvement District to bring essential infrastructure to the project site which included the design and construction of the main community thoroughfare, Sunbrook Drive. Rosenberg Associates has participated in land, transportation, and utility planning, aerial mapping, boundary surveying, subdivision layout, utility and street design, geotechnical investigations, Phase I ESAs, construction engineering and surveying, preparation of cost estimates, golf course construction supervision, drainage studies and flood control planning, and construction of related improvements.
