Rosenberg Associates has many years of local experience in geotechnical and geologic analysis and design, successfully addressing problem soil conditions including expansive, collapsible, soluble, wet, undocumented fill, and buried debris. We collect and test representative soil samples in our in-house laboratory, identify potential geologic hazards, describe the engineering geology, and make design recommendations with results presented in a geotechnical report. We also provide expertise in groundwater source and control, engineering geology, geologic resources, and percolation testing and septic system design. Our geotechnical design work includes site investigation, foundation engineering, earth slopes and embankments, retaining and buried structures, soil improvement, distress investigations, and pavement and materials engineering.
Rosenberg Associates provides Transaction Screening Assessments (TSAs) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on undeveloped property to facilitate project developement. The environmental services are generally preformed in conjunction with geotechnical services which promotes efficiency and increases the degree of confidence for the rendered environmental service.
